​MUNPARLAS Library Association, Inc. is a SEC-registered association of professional and non-professional librarians and staff in the cities of Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Las Pinas.

The Purpose of this Community is to upgrade and uplift the practice of librarianship among its members, sponsor conferences and the like, publish a newsletter, cooperate and coordinate with other similar organizations, create public interest, and foster friendship, unity and fellowship among members as well as non-members of the community.
